The foundation of wonder is rooted in safety and secure attachment. In this initial phase, we focus on establishing the neural and emotional security required for future risk-taking and exploration.
Phases of Childhood Agency
Building competence through low-stakes autonomy. This phase introduces environmental structures that allow the child to navigate their daily life with increasing mastery and confidence.
The realization of creative agency. In the final phase of our framework, the child transitions from navigating a world built for them to actively shaping their environment through curiosity and independent thought.
